By ordering a commission from me, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms:

I. General Conditions

You are 18 or older.

You will pay in full before any progress for commission can be made.

You will pay through Paypal via invoice unless otherwise discussed.

You will provide a clear, unshaded, digital reference of the character of choice.
If failure to provide this, it is not the artist's responsibility if the design is misread. Please communicate specifics that aren't provided.

I can deny or cancel your commission at any point and or whatever reason. Please be respectful.

You must have permission to order mature/adult art of the original characters you provide. If you break this rule, you get blacklisted.

II. Process of Commission

For any normal priced commission, you will get sketches during the process.
Sometimes there will be multiple passes of the sketch depending on complexitivy of scene. In this stage, you can ask and suggest any and all edits. There are no sketches when the commission has a reduced price / on sale.

You are welcome to ask about progress; do so in moderation.
If you repeatedly as for progress updates, I may cancel commission and blacklist you.

After you approve the sketch, I will then line, color and finish up the commission. I will send through whatever method of contact.

Commission wait times vary. It can be two (2) weeks - three (3) months before a commission is finished, very dependent on complextitity

III. Revisions

Adjustments can be made to piece up to one (1) day after receiving finished product if it's due to artist error.

If the error is due to unclear reference sheet, poor/vague description or unclear wants, it will not be adjusted.

You will provide all requested commission adjusments in one message.
You will be clear and detailed with what you want fixed, and how it should look instead. Please be clear. Redlines are appreciated when relevant.

If you repeatedly ask for adjustments after you clear that the commission is fine, I will no longer engage.

IIIV. Payment

You will pay through Paypal. You will provide your email, and then I will invoice you.

Refunds are only administered if I cannot complete the commission for whatever reason.

If you request refund or do a chargeback after commisson is completed, then you get blacklisted.

V. What you can do with the art

You are free to upload the piece(s) or use them as profile pictures at your own desire.
If you reupload, you can tag me @mimisrol on whichever platform.

You won't claim the art as your own work, nor reproduce it in any way unless previously discussed with me.

You will not get rid of my watermark on image. I make them barely visible, therefore there is no need to hide it.

You will not use what I draw you for training any AI model, produce NFTs or mass produce product with the art.

You will be okay with me uploading and/or using your commission as examples for my sites.
I can either tag you as whatvever username, or submit it under Anon, let me know!

If you want it to remain a private commission, you will pay a $12 fee.

WILL / WONT DRAW

I'm pretty flexible in what I'll draw. As long as you pay me, I'll draw whatever.

I specialize in furries that have animation-friendly designs and aren't heavily human proportioned. I very much enjoy drawing ferals and fancharacters (pokemon, mlp, sonic, warrior cat, ect). I also like drawing babyfur and kidfurs.

If you want NSFW, I work with fetish theme art > furries fucking. Please have someone else draw your OCs if you want them to fuck in a vanilla way. Let me draw them being freaky freaky.

Diaper focus is considered NSFW. A character wearing a diaper in itself isn't, but if the diaper is a major component of the piece, then it counts as NSFW.

In general, if it's something I couldn't post to general audiences without raised eyebrows, then its consdiered NSFW.

I am cool with most fetishes but I'm best with: watersports, ABDL/CGL, SFW babyfur, paws, diapers, transformation, sickness (puking, fever, ect), filth, macro/micro, and vore.

Theres a tax for scat and/or genitals present. It's +$4 onto base commission.

I have no interest drawing humans.

I will not draw any hateful symbols or art intended to offend people.

COMMISSION OPTIONS

Illustration - $28 per character ($30 if NSFW in any way)

A digital fullbody drawing of your character of choice on a flat color background OR transparent background.

Add-Ons

Alts - +$5

Any adjustment to file that requires me to change the lineart (ie. different expressions, different cloths on nude body); you must ask for these alts before I draw or I won't do them. I will NOT make different poses. You would have to buy another simple commission. Cum or wet versions that doesn't alter the lineart are free of charge.

Props - +$4-$10

Any item or object that your character(s) of choice will be directly interacting with, such as stuffed animals or instruments or more. The more complex the object and engagment with it, the more expensive it'll be. Often times, props end up taking more time than the illustration despite being the supplemt to it.

Backgrounds - +$3 - $35

If you want a BG in the piece that the characters interact with, then it's extra. This is variable depending on the complexity, interaction and detail you're expecting from it. I'm slowly developing a style for each level of background, so here's examples.

Shading

At the moment, I will only offer shading if I feel it is a good opportunity in the piece to do so, and it will be free of charge. I am still establishing my style with this. This is something up to my discretion, and when I do shading, I will provide a version of the piece without it as long as it makes sense to remove the shaded layers lol.

Comics - Starting at $30

A diverse commission option that I'm willing to do. Themes can be: TF, regression, slice of life, ect. This is still an experimental option as I make more examples. :) if hesistant, check back later!
