    TERMS OF SERVICE

    By commisisoning me, you are agreeing and understand the following terms listed below:

    I. GENERAL

  • You must be an adult (18+) to purchase art from me.
  • Please keep commission discussion professional and art focused.
  • I do not accept tips until work on commission has been completed.
  • You can only have two (2) commissions in queue from me at one time.
  • I work best with visual references, even if just stick figures, stock images, scribbles and hex codes. If you want something specific, give me all the visual resources so I can capture it for you!
  • When sending NSFW references, please spoiler them as I often work while in public spaces due to my current situation.
  • If I misinterpret a design/detail due to poor/unclear/confusing description or visual references, you need to let me know during the sketch phase. If you fail to inform me during the initial sketch and following WIPs, I am not fixing it later.
  • Overall, you need to communicate what you don't like when I'm sending WIPs. Take as much time as needed to evaluate the the piece before you give me a thumbs up, because once I send the finished file, I will only adjust minor mistakes that are from my error.  
  • You must have consent from outside parties if you are commissioning art of their characters.
  • I will not work if granted full artistic freedom. If you want a commission, you need to have the idea for it. I only work off artistic freedom when i explicitly state in an offer.
  • Comic Specific: I will not work on a comic if you want me to write the dialogue. You need to provide a script if you want dialogue.

    • II. PAYMENT

  • I only work once payment is received.
  • You will pay with Paypal, CashApp or Ko-fi.
  • You will only pay for what you request, and I will fulfill this request to my best ability.

    • III. REFUNDS

  • Refunds only able to be sent if a sketch hasn't been sent OR if I decide to refund for whatever reason.
  • No refunds on discounted art.
  • Chargebacks for any reason result in immediate blacklist & block.

    • IV. MISC

  • You can repost the art you purchase.
    You can either tag me as cress488 or anon. For NSFW, list mimisrol or anon.
  • You can make minor edits to the art I made for you, but do not edit awful shit onto it.
  • Do not train AI with what I draw for you.
    • OTHER NOTES: Commission completion time varies from one (1) weeks to three (3) months on average. If it has been longer than two weeks before you've gotten a sketch, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! You are welcome to ask about updates. I tend to work in single sittings unless the piece is complicated.
