What is Furrealife!?

Furrealife is an coming-to-age anthro series surrounding a group of neurodivergent furs navigating adulthood as they juggle with what they went through in their youth. They're all a hot mess. I consider this a slice-of-life drama romance comedy with horny sprinkles.

This series started as a headworld that our system had for our fursonas reusing some elements from previous scrapped series with the same concepts/exploration. This is pretty much a comfort project even if they're no longer our sonas. They're our babies, lol.

Initially, it was SFW babyfur slice-of-life with an ABDL focused side project, but its evolved into how we typically write. Same shit, just pretty vulgar and unfiltered in its themes, and explores taboo topics such as abusive parents (all kinds), COCSA, substance abuse, and mental health crisises. And then theres also kink and fetish stuff because well, that's also a thing.

We write this series in the same way we play with our figurines and stuff IRL. We put them in situations and cheer them on even if they crash out along the way. It's a bit theraputic doing this, so this series is not for everyone. I don't really care if the stuff explored is uncomfortable. It's kinda the point. I don't censor much, so anything goes when comes to featured here (unless it fries my brain).

Pretty much every cast members have histories of tramua and/or have mental issues, they are not immune from being shit people. Most of them suck. Like, yeah. All of them have done terrible things, but whats to focus on is those who come to realize these things and try their damnest to improve and be better, even if they can't right their wrongs.

This series is explored through illustrations, comics (either pages or storyboard-esque picture series), and short stories in a non-linear way. In order to understand all the events in order, check out and access art via the Timeline tab.

Also, yeah, the name is inspired from Bluey....the fact that blue works best for this series compliment is very not intentional. This series to Bluey would be like comparing plain chips to Takis.
