Kyri is one of the two primary Pokesonas we have to represents ourselves - Kyri is us, the reality.

description

Kyri has multiple forms. Typically, Kyri is seen as a Mewthree - it is a Mew with a similar anatomy to that of a Mewtwo. She has thick fur on her head which she often pulls back into a low ponytail and two little nubs protruding from her scalp. Her true form as a Zoroark is quite similar to the original Pokemon, but with more muted hues and pants-like markings.

The most common other forms branching from Mewthree Kyri are Twig (Typhlunny form), Vio (Umbreon form), and Leafy (Leafeon form).

Kyri at most wears a gray cape which she uses to shield herself, or a black hankerchief that says some sort of swear on it. She tends to have some sort of golden jewerly on. As a Typhlunny, she wears normal clothes. As an Umbreon or Leafeon, she doesn't wear anything.

personality

Kyri does not have a stable personality. It morphs into whatever the vibes may fit. This, of course, has its limitations. The forms Kyri takes do tend to have some persisting traits across situations isolated to said form.

As Kyri (Zoroark), Kyri is childlike, bubbly and airheaded.

As Kyri (Mew), Kyri is lethargic, jaded, anxious and offstandish. She seems to be carrying weights no matter the circumstance. She snaps easyily and is constantly on edge.

As Twig (Typhlunny), Kyri is excitable, receptive, anxious and caring. She seems to have a mixed idea of her image, reliant on feedback from others. She tends to catch on fire under high stress due to being a Typhlosion and Lopunny.

As Vio (Umbreon), Kyri is affectionate, dense and forgiving. She can't seem to read any kind of signals.

history

Kyri started as just a Mew during her first apperance in GRRRLs Meme. The lore with her actually being a Zoroark is something I developed late 2024. Her original lore when she began as a Mew(three) is that she was a Ditto, bouncing off of the theory that Ditto prior to Mew as a failed byproduct. This is why she takes on so many forms. Overtime as she was my sona and my issues with fragmentation became more apparent, it lead to her having an arc where she was turning into a Mewtwo, meaning losing her ability to mask/adapt, and rejected this transition by severing the plug on the back of her head so she can remain fluid, thus stunting her as an inbetween of a proper Mew and Mewtwo and a distorted alamagation of her forms. Today, the lore is similar but starts with her being a Zorua and being inspired to have taken on the illusion of a Ditto/Mew early in life, leading to the events of her Mewthree experience. The Zoroark form is not accessible, as the illusion has been up for so long that she cannot access what being a Zoroark is anymore.

Kyri is a foil to Smeeps. Smeeps is Smeeps while Kyri is everything and nothing at once. The connection we crafted between these two became most solidifed during 2025 while playing Chicory: A Colorful Tale and realizing the similarities that Smeeps and Kyri share with Pizza and Chicory.

In the story about how Smeeps and Kyri meets, it is centered around Kyri helping Smeeps find a sock it lost and Kyri struggling to grapple with watching Smeep not mask at all due to their own insecurity.

Kyri's best friend is Caly. They hang out and and doomer mode for hours. They have a fuckbuddy kind of relationship with Loki - they banter A LOT. They have a mentor like relationship with Smeeps.
