our ingredient list
basically a fucking groccery list
i fucking love cooking for you guys - π¦
Our basic ingredient list we've curated for how we tend to shop for groceries. These are what we consider our safe meals as they can be made pretty cheap/on a budget and with ingredients from stores that don't have large selections. The goal is usually to always have a protein and veggie for our diet, so pretty much as long as they fall in those groups we may use it. We've been having most of these meals since childhood and most were the first ones we learned to cook on our own by using the microwave and stuff. Others are ones we've picked up from watching cooking videos on Youtube. Most we make using either: stovetop (skillet and medium size pot, oven and a ceramic loaf dish, or microwave.
