what are these?
Our punch cards are made with intentions of keeping us working on the skills we find most important for our growth and current journey. atm im not in therapy, however im still trying to get better!
Some are inspired by like recommended coping skills for issues i have. some are just to try to build habits
Why use rewards? we deny ourselves rewards or treats consistently, often feeling like we need to work very hard or extravagantly to not feel guilt or need to apologize that we did buy something for indulgent pleasure. we are trying to encourage us to do good habits and feel good getting a thing for it. it works for us. like to get us to do nice stuff for ourselves we are essentially having us also do stuff that helps us in the long run lol.
I used to use the Finch app for goal setting and stuff, but i really wanna get more analog and not need my phone, as we have a habit of using the phone for not healthy reasons in relation to the punch card goals.
