Terms of Service

By commisisoning me, you are agreeing and understand the following terms listed below:

I. GENERAL

• You must be an adult (18+) to purchase art from me.
• Please keep commission discussion art focused.
• I do not accept tips until work on commission has been completed.
• You can only have one (1) commissions in queue from me at one time.
• I work best with visual references, even if just stick figures, stock images, scribbles and hex codes. If you want something specific, give me all the visual resources so I can capture it for you!
• When sending NSFW or references with nudity, please spoiler them as I often work while in public spaces or around family members.
• If I misinterpret a design/detail due to poor/unclear/confusing description or visual references, you need to let me know as soon as possible. I am open to correcting mistakes, but if it gets repetitive, there will be a fee.
• Overall, you need to communicate what you don't like when I'm sending WIPs. Take as much time as needed to evaluate the the piece before you give me a thumbs up to continue, because once I send the finished file, I will only adjust minor mistakes.
• You must have consent from outside parties if you are commissioning art of their characters.
• I will not work if granted full artistic freedom. If you want a commission, you need to have some rough idea for it. I only work off artistic freedom when I explicitly state in an offer.
• Comic Specific: I will not work on a comic if you want me to write the dialogue. You need to provide a script if you want dialogue.

II. PAYMENT

• I only work once payment is received unless a payment plan was discussed.
• You will pay with Paypal via invoice that I send.
• You will only pay for what you request, and I will fulfill this request to my best ability.

III. REFUNDS

• Refunds only able to be sent if a sketch hasn't been received OR I initiate the refund.
• No refunds on discounted art offers or YCHs unless I initiate it.
• Chargebacks without attempts to discuss the problem with me result in immediate blacklist & block. This includes if your payment bounces due to limited funds.

IV. MISC

• You can repost the art you purchase.
  • SFW: cress488 or anon.
  • NSFW: ask me who to tag! we have different nsfws depending on the content
• You can make minor edits to the art I made for you, but do not edit anything hateful or deragatory onto it.
• Do not train AI with what I draw for you. It is very disrespectful to do that.

Process Timeline

this is at least the timeline i intend to work along. this of course depends on response times of both me and you!

ie. timeline for commission that costs about $70

Q&A

1. Why can't I tip ahead / with the payment? Preventing tips before completed work helps me keep track of my finances and keep me focused on what I've been asked to do.
2. Can I commission you to draw my OC/sona with yours? No thank you.
3. Can I commission you to draw your OC/sona? I no longer do this. Sorry.

Preferences

Our work can be a bit inconsistent due to our plurality, so if you see a style you prefer from my gallery that you'd like your commission to be similar to, let us know!

Here are the 3 different brushes we tend to use for standard commissions.

Square brush is more sloppy but fluid. Round tends to be the happy medium. G Pen is usually done with vector layers.
