They're part of our PKMN Legend & Mythical lore where they're reincarnated Pokemon that passed and are kinda serving their time being an immortal before passing on to the afterlife forever.

They live with the other blue legendary/mythicals and is one of the youngest. They are very fascinated by Lati.
