on our plurality
ive been open about being plural since 2022 or so. shit tracks back to around 2012. various sources, at the end of the day that dont matter. im just working toward acceptance and unity despite a world that isnt really chill about it.
we understand our experience as someone polyfragmented due to our headspaces structure and name conventions for how we split from one another. i cant say we are really individuals (we are but like...yah) as alot of us are part of another part, which has its own parts that only "activate" when something happens and stuff. you shut off one headmate and we lose access to an entire part of who we are. everyone can awake at once, some can deactivate others or overtake the entire headspace. there are some headmates that have copies. we have both factives and fictives. it gets painfully metaphysical -> physical before circling around to metaphysical again. when things are going good, its great. when its rough, its horrifying. most of the time, we prefer eachother's company more than the outside world
